Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! 

  1. Shipping Methods: 

Domestic Shipping:

We offer domestic shipping to all emirates within the UAE at a flat rate of 30 AED.

 

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to all GCC countries at a flat rate of 100 AED.

For customers outside of the UAE and GCC, we offer worldwide shipping. The shipping fee will depend on the destination provided at checkout. Please note that taxes and duties are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be paid separately upon the arrival of your order.

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the parcel is consequently returned or disposed of by the courier, Astra Loungewear is not legally required to provide a full refund. In such cases, any applicable shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount or the order may be deemed non-refundable depending on the circumstances.

  1. Processing and Creation Time: 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to create and process your items. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to you. 


  1. Delivery Time: 

Delivery in the UAE takes 1-3 business days 

Delivery in the GCC takes 3-7 business days 

Delivery for the Rest of the World takes 4-10 business days (depending on the given address)

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
